i was absolutely horrified by the leaking sink and outdated furnishings. I expected at least some acknowledgment or perhaps a complimentary gesture for my trouble, but clearly, that was too much to ask. the dining options lacked flair, with breakfast being particularly disappointing. I almost gave a good review, but then i just couldn’t.

Take advantage of the complimentary tea and coffee available 24/7 in the lobby to relax after your travels.

The room size is average but the bed is particularly comfortable, making it decent for a night’s rest. Quick access to major roadways is a solid perk, and breakfast starts as early as 04:30, which can save those on the move.

The hotel suffers from poor soundproofing. You can hear every footstep in the corridor, which could be disruptive, especially for light sleepers. The cleanliness of the dining areas could use some improvement. Limited parking availability can be a hassle, especially during peak hours when restaurant guests fill the spaces. The shower pressure leaves much to be desired, coupled with an odour issue that needs addressing. Some rooms appear tired and in need of maintenance, like the reported leaking sink.

I had a clean and cozy stay with super comfy beds and helpful staff who even filled my flask for the road! Only downside was a bit of noise from other rooms. pretty solid choice for a quick stop.

I enjoyed a wonderfully comfortable stay in a Standard Room with One Double Bed and One Single Bed. The breakfast was a delightful spread with plenty of options to fuel my day. The complimentary tea and coffee available 24/7 in the lobby was a great touch, perfect for unwinding after a long day.

this was my second stay in poitiers, and Ibis exceeded my expectations this time! the room was clean and the bed super comfy, making for a great night's sleep. I enjoyed the early breakfast offerings, perfect for getting on the road early.

The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist. Breakfast had a great variety and set me up well for the day! The large Auchan supermarket nearby was a super easy perk.
